To say that Joe Magliato’s Trinity motorcar is unique would be one of the greatest understatements imaginable. A professional blacksmith and coppersmith, stepping into Joe’s Big Iron workshop is a sensory overload, with an extraordinary mix of finished and in-progress metal sculptures surrounding you at every turn. Joe applied those same metalworking talents to create a custom motorcycle that went on to win first place on the television program Build or Bust. He then designed and fabricated a rat rod–based roadster, Mad Hammer, which made the car show circuit and was ultimately sold to a collector in Australia for six figures. Looking to take his craft even further, Joe envisioned Trinity as a modern interpretation of a Western stagecoach and built it entirely from the ground up. Over the course of seven years—working in between other projects—he began with a 1936 Ford front clip and hand-fabricated the rest of the vehicle, continually refining and evolving the design as it took shape. And while Trinity is visually striking, it is equally impressive on the road. Powered by a Chevrolet 350 engine and paired with a drivetrain that includes a Jaguar rear end with centerline brakes, the car delivers strong performance—making burnouts nearly unavoidable. Trinity is a true crowd magnet at car shows, drawing spectators in awe of its intricate metalwork and unmistakable design. The… 1936 Ford Coupe (Used, 198 miles). Engine: 5.7L 350CI.
