By using ChadAds you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What ChadAds is

ChadAds is an online place where people can list items and find items for sale near them. We provide the website only. We are not a buyer or seller, and we do not own, inspect, store or ship the items listed. Any deal is made directly between the buyer and the seller.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your ads

• Ads must be honest, accurate and about an item you are legally allowed to sell.
• You keep ownership of your text, photos and videos. By posting them you give ChadAds permission to display them on the site and in links people share.
• Do not post anything stolen, counterfeit, illegal to sell where you live, dangerous, or misleading.
• Do not post other people's photos or private information without permission.
• We may edit or remove any ad, and suspend any account, at our discretion, for example if an ad breaks these rules.

Buying and selling

You are responsible for checking an item, agreeing a price, and handling payment and pickup safely. ChadAds does not guarantee that any item, ad, seller or buyer is genuine, safe or as described. Please read our safety tips on the About page.

Messages and offers

You can message sellers and make offers through ChadAds. An offer is only a message: it is not a binding purchase, and the seller is free to accept or ignore it. Be respectful. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, scams, or requests for passwords, codes or advance payments. We may review a conversation if it is reported, and we may limit or close accounts that misuse messaging.

Links and videos

Ads may link to other websites or show videos from services such as YouTube and Vimeo. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

No warranties and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, ChadAds is not liable for losses that come from using the site or from dealings between users.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
